Equipment Installation and Maintenance Specialist

This role involves installing, configuring, and testing equipment or systems at client sites. It also includes conducting routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures, as well as providing technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure equipment or systems at client sites.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance.
  • Document service activities, including reports on repairs, maintenance, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, electronics, or related engineering fields.
  • Proven experience as a service engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
