Automation Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Equipment Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining expert-level product knowledge, understanding and conveying customer requirements, and developing and maintaining professional business relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain expert-level product knowledge in automation equipment.
- Understand and convey customer requirements accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers through effective communication and collaboration.
- Travel to project sites for equipment installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance as needed.
- Respond promptly to sudden failures of machines at customer sites.
- Collaborate with the R&D team for testing and verification of equipment to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide regular status updates on ongoing and future projects to stakeholders.
- Design and implement equipment upgrade schemes to improve performance and efficiency.
- A degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Optics is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and commissioning of automation equipment or laser processing equipment is necessary.
- Proficiency in Excel, JMP, and other analysis software, as well as MS Word and PowerPoint for report creation is essential.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and Mandarin proficiency (speaking, reading, writing, and translation) are highly valued.
- The ability to travel overseas for on-site support, equipment upgrades, and future project discussions is required.
