Automation Equipment Specialist

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on automation equipment, installing and commissioning systems, and ensuring their optimal performance.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Equipment Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning automation equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, and analyzing and tracking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission automation equipment, relocate and optimize its performance.
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, analyze and track issues.
- Implement enhancements to improve equipment movement and performance.
- Write equipment specifications and related documents.
- Conduct personnel training and document procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
- Basic PLC programming skills and experience with HMI design.
- Hardware debugging and parameter settings for robotic arms, feeders, dispensing systems, and vision systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
