Electrical Support Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Support Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot client equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot client equipment.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical trends.
  • Work with clients and Japan HQ to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop long-lasting, positive client relationships for high satisfaction.
  • Support timely and quality execution of service projects.
  • Work closely with Japan's technical teams for top-tier service delivery.

Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working as an electrical engineer or mechanical engineer.
  • Experience in semi-conductor industry, printed circuit board, packaging substrate industry is a great advantage.
  • Japanese language skills are a bonus for communication with Japan HQ.
  • Ability to work independently and seek support when needed.
  • Patient, adaptable, and service-oriented.
  • Will to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines.
  • Able to attend approximately 2 months of training in Japan.
