Job Title: Ambassador of Excellence
Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the entire stay, ensuring seamless processes and close cooperation with colleagues.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute core tasks of the lobby operation
  • Deliver a flawless first-class arrival experience for all residents
  • Assist the F&B team in welcoming and accommodating restaurant patrons
  • Ensure the smooth running of the lobby operation by performing tasks in adherence to the code of ethics
  • Uphold a positive impression and perception of the hotel's products and colleagues

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate in a second language
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience
