Job Overview

This multifaceted role encompasses creative curation, project management, and hospitality advocacy.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Execution
    • Ensure design integrity across all spatial touchpoints.
    • Oversee branding, signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics integration into the built space.
    • Collaborate with designers, architects, and branding teams to create unique experiences.
    • Maintain quality control during fabrication, production, and installation.
    • Pioneer guest-centered storytelling in every project.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee project timelines for seamless coordination across architecture, interiors, branding, and environmental design.
    • Work closely with designers, consultants, and hospitality operators to align creative vision with operational needs.
    • Anticipate roadblocks, maintain momentum, and streamline approvals to meet key milestones.
    • Negotiate contracts with consultants, fabricators, and contractors when required.
  • Budget Management
    • Track and manage budgets to balance design aspirations with financial viability.
    • Source materials that elevate the experience.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers, fabricators, and producers for quality execution.
  • Team Coordination
    • Act as the bridge between hospitality operators, designers, architects, and brand teams.
    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and fabricators for seamless execution.
    • Lead project check-ins and design reviews.
