We are looking for a devoted Chief Operating Officer who has hospitality in their blood to transform the Company into an industry leader for hospitality and customer service

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of the Company's operations, including guests' and employees' satisfaction, financial performance, revenue generation, strategy execution and performance;
- Develop annual business plans (financial, operations, manpower) to ensure the smooth running of all outlet operations, and seamless execution of business plans;
- Manage all outlets' business performance, setting of qualitative and quantitative goals for each outlet and monitoring achievement of these goals;
- Ensure that the work culture and outlets' environment is fun, profitable, consistent, efficient and on brand identity;
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of a high-quality guest experience, rolling out frequent employee training on: Service, Food and Beverage;
- Establish and enforce guest service standards and policies to ensure guests experience the highest level of hospitality in accordance with the individual outlets’ DNA;
- Manage Marketing & Events teams, to undertake revenue enhancing programs and activities;
- Manage and work with HR function in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, and talent management and development;
- Monthly and Annual reviews of financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance KPIs to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement;
- Review and add SOP’s and ensuring compliance with these SOP’s; and
- Assist as required in growth plans (B2C, B2B)

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in overseas F&B management experience in international cuisines
- Must have a strong understanding of working with a diverse group of people including local staff and foreign staff
- Must have strong understanding of local target markets
- Must exhibit strong passion for F&B and hospitality
- Personality must exude hallmarks of an F&B hospitality power player
