About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the global commercialization of AI-powered marketing cloud products. This strategic role will serve as the bridge between technology and market execution, ensuring product scalability, operational excellence, and rapid international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Product Commercialization Strategy

  • Develop a tiered pricing strategy for enterprise and SaaS product offerings.
  • Build and oversee a robust customer success system, ensuring ≥150% year-over-year growth in client lifetime value (LTV).

International Scalability & Market Penetration

  • Establish a global monitoring framework across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Design and implement a four-phase expansion model:
  • Achieve ≥60% penetration in new overseas markets within 6 months of launch.

Organizational Effectiveness & AI Efficiency

  • Develop a capability framework for content engineering teams, including:
  • Data annotators (for tagging assets).
  • Implement a cross-functional collaboration model across product, engineering, and operations, with the technical team contributing at least 30% of GMV.
  • Design and lead an AI productivity evaluation system aimed at achieving ≥25% annual performance gains per employee.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within technology companies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience commercializing SaaS products.
  • Proven track record scaling products with 500K+ monthly active users (MAU); experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams (200+ employees across product, engineering, and ops).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for professional and executive-level communication.
