Current intellectual property licenses include Disney (Marvel, Mickey & Friends), Warner Bros. Consumer Products (DC Comics: Batman, DC Comics: Justice League, Looney Tunes, Harry Potter, Tom and Jerry, Scooby-Doo, The Great Gatsby), Hasbro (G1 Transformers) Ultraman, and more.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chief Operation Officer/Chief Technical Officer to manage the overall function of the company's operating system; product process; establish a sustainable corporate quality management system; provide professional support for major decision-making matters; control company costs while striving to increase efficiency conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the establishment of smooth operation procedure, so as to enhance Business effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage QC / QA Team in China factory to ensure the high quality of products.
- Manage Project Management Team and Supporting Team to ensure the team can operate effectively and of high concentration
- Manage supplier to reduce overall operating costs while maintaining high quality services.
- Ensure the products are more commercially and artistically valuable
- Assist in the development and implementation of Business Plan
- Manage the warehouse and logistics in China and Singapore to ensure smooth operation of global trade operations
- Sales of Inventory Products

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with more than 3 years in quality management supervisor position.
- Rich project, factory and supplier management experience
- Possess unique aesthetics and insights on IP, collections, and artworks.
- Relevant Industry experience preferred
- Degree Holder in Engineering or relevant field
