The Guest Relations team sets the scene for Front of House service and experiences. You'll lead operations, build relationships with guests, attend to feedback, and plan rosters efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily operations to achieve targets
  • Building guest relationships and attending to feedback
  • Planning efficient rosters and developing manning guides
  • Identifying training needs and tightening competency gaps
  • Petty cash and banking transactions
  • Facility management of the outlet
  • Supporting business development initiatives
  • Conducting training and developing SOPs">">
