As a Minibar Guest Service Agent, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering world-class hospitality in every interaction. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure will ensure that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate unique and authentic experiences for our guests at the minibar.
  • Handle and receive all inventories with precision and care.
  • Ensure all minibar carts are fully stocked and ready for daily operations.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide ad-hoc service requests.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in hospitality, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • No experience required – training will be provided.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnights.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance essential.
