Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in a key role that will drive revenue growth and lead business development initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering sustainable referral relationships that meet their evolving needs.
- Broaden the client portfolio through proactive relationship building, ensuring a balanced mix of referrals from diverse sources.
- Provide expert advice on liquidity planning and insurance solutions, helping clients navigate complex financial decisions.
- Achieve annual revenue targets, or as mutually agreed upon during performance reviews.
- Cultivate full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards.
- Efficiently process new business documents, upholding accuracy and timeliness.
- Prioritize exceptional service for existing policyholders by conducting timely policy reviews, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
- Possess a valid MAS licence; candidates without a licence will need to obtain one upon commencement of employment.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in sales and/or relationship management, preferably within the insurance or banking sector.
- Proficiency in Cantonese is advantageous, enabling effective communication with elderly customers from Hong Kong who primarily speak Cantonese.
