Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive - Customer Relations (PG-SmartCampus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive / Sr. Executive - Customer Relations to join our team at Global Schools Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering student support to enrolled and prospective students, as well as providing coordination of programme activities for students regarding departmental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer student support to enrolled and prospective students, including conducting assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate parent onboarding, student onboarding, and periodic review of student progression.
  • Coordinate with Facilities Management for meal planning, hygiene supervision, and other related activities.
  • Assess student individual needs and collaborate with parents or department heads regarding student placement.
  • Provide coordination of programme activities for students regarding departmental services.
  • Assist in collaboration with other colleges and/or departments to ensure a coordinated approach to student recruitment and retention activities.
  • Gather parents'/students' feedback for continuous improvement of services provided through survey.
  • Work closely with the academic team for feedback and proactive improvement plans to enhance students' learning experience.
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate regular and attractive engagement sessions and events for students & families both on & off campus to maximize students' engagement and participation.
  • Responsible for effective communication between school and parent.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin language is preferred to cater to students needs from China.
  • Service oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous working experience in the service industry will be advantageous.
  • Ability to create and deliver Presentations and Proposals.
  • Prior experience in the education industry will be an advantage.
