Customer Experience Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their in-store satisfaction and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sincere services to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
- Represent the company in a professional manner and manage customer demands and expectations
- Ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers
- Manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balances
- Active management of click and collect services in retail store
- Ensure the safety of teammates and customers at the workplace
- Share passion for sports and positive energy with customers
- Take initiative for training and development
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and call

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
- Starting from SGD11/hour for part-timers
- Monthly bonuses up to 10% of base salary
