Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer at Decathlon Singapore. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide sincere and professional service to meet customer needs, respecting our company's satisfaction policy.
- Store Image: Represent the first and last point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Checkout Experience: Ensure a seamless checkout process for customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balances.
- Click and Collect Services: Actively manage click and collect services in the retail store.
- Team Safety: Ensure the safety of teammates and customers at the workplace.
- Sports Passion: Share your passion for sports and positive energy with customers.
- Training and Development: Take initiative for your training and development.
- Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
