Key Responsibilities- Guest Arrival and Departure: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and ensure a seamless check-in process.
- Guest Services: Provide information and assistance to guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Luggage Management: Manage guest luggage, delivering and retrieving it in accordance with brand standards.
- Front Desk Support: Assist the front desk team as needed, providing support during peak periods.
- Concierge Services: Provide support to the concierge team, assisting with guest requests and ensuring a high level of service.
- Hotel Amenities: Familiarize guests with hotel amenities, services, and facilities, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of what we offer.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication skills, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
