Primary Responsibilities

Main Entrance Duties

• Greet and welcome guests at the main entrance of THE SINGAPORE RESORT & SPA

• Assist in driveway management and ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures

• Provide exceptional service by opening and closing car and taxi doors

• Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and baggage room, adhering to the highest standards of the resort

• Ensure timely pick up and deliveries pertaining to baggage handling, ensuring guest satisfaction

• Offer information and/or assistance to guests as and when required, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service

• Develop a rapport with repeat and long-staying guests, extending a personalized service

• Document all job assignments in respective logbooks, utilizing the Duty Log to record important matters

• Prepare and deliver newspapers to guest rooms as assigned by Front Office staff

• Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) or articles

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features

• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

• Report for duty on time, wearing clean and complete uniform at all times

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of THE SINGAPORE RESORT & SPA
