Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data related to BME and M&E equipment inventory systems.
  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of physical and electronic records for easy retrieval of BEMS information.
  • Coordinate vendor and user management for scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance for BME equipment.
  • Oversee the Ariba procurement system for both BME and M&E.
  • Procure office supplies as needed to maintain a smooth department operation.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Min Diploma in business, facilities, or engineering.
  • Experience with Excel.
