**Job Overview**We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BME Engineer to support our organization's facilities' optimal condition.
  • Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers for civil and building systems, ensuring functionality and serviceability at all times.
  • Audit and monitor specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers to ensure they meet high standards.
  • Support the Head of Department and Building Managers in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects.
  • Coordinate and support various projects and minor works across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ACMV settings in healthcare environments, preferably in senior roles.
