Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BME Engineer to join our team.

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers for civil and building systems, ensuring functionality and serviceability at all times.
  • This role involves auditing and monitoring the service standards of specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers to ensure they meet our high expectations.
  • The successful candidate will also support the Head of Department and Building Managers in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects to maintain our facilities' optimal condition.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate and support various projects and minor works across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in ACMV Setting in Healthcare Environment, preferably in a senior role
