Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Central Office
About the Role:This is a key position in our administrative team, responsible for managing data related to BME and M&E Equipment Inventory system.
- Update and maintain accurate records of BME and M&E equipment inventory
- Manage physical and electronic documents to ensure seamless retrieval of BEMS information
- Coordinate with vendors and users for scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for BME equipment
- Oversee Ariba procurement system for both BME and M&E
- Procure office supplies as needed to maintain a smooth departmental operation
- Provide general administrative support as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates to the BME and M&E equipment inventory system
- Documentation: Maintain organized physical and electronic files to facilitate easy access to BEMS information
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to schedule preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for BME equipment
- Procurement: Oversee the use of Ariba procurement system for both BME and M&E
- Supplies: Order office supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked department
- Support: Provide general administrative support to the team
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum diploma in business/facilities/engineering
- Experience in using Excel
Skills and Qualifications:
You should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is also essential.
