
Central West Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage our day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily administrative work, including invoicing, preparing receipts and payables, and corresponding with clients and third parties.
- Perform basic corporate secretarial work, such as document preparation and filing.
- Liaise with external parties, including CPA firms and bankers, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of accounts and financial systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience.
