
Key Regional Account Manager Role

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Region Specific Services: Our Regional Account Manager will be responsible for delivering region specific services as defined in the service catalogue. This includes working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely solutions and project delivery.
Execute Activities: The successful candidate will execute activities based on year plans (HR, lifecycle, budgets), targets and strategy to ensure continuous and optimal availability of the required services.
Coordinate and Plan Activities: Our Regional Account Manager will coordinate and plan all activities according to agreed timelines, procedures and/or SLA's, in order to ensure an optimal delivery of the services based on the specific team activities.
Monitor and Control IT Service Management Processes: The candidate will monitor and control the IT service management processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Problem Owner/Service Management Process Manager: Our Regional Account Manager will act as problem owner or a service management process manager, advising management on the service management processes and planning to maintain and improve service delivery to the business.
Advise Management: The successful candidate will advise management on innovations and how to improve customer satisfaction, aligning and realigning IT services to changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements to the IT services that support business processes.
Team Performance: Our Regional Account Manager will be accountable for the performance of the team including targets, skills and competencies of team members.
Development and Empowerment: The candidate will actively encourage and support the development and empowerment of people through delegation, training, feedback and the creation of opportunities.
Guidance and Support: Our Regional Account Manager will provide guidance to the team based on management direction, building and maintaining contacts with the business (stakeholders and end users) to keep a clear focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Suppliers and JV's: The successful candidate will build and maintain contacts with suppliers and JV's in order to optimise services and service delivery conditions and exchange information on product and service developments.
Contract Financials: Our Regional Account Manager will manage and control contract financials, initiating and realising cost efficiencies (savings).
Global Sourcing Strategy: The candidate will implement the Global sourcing strategy of Global IT and Procurement.
Budget Control: Our Regional Account Manager will be responsible for budget control and advise management on yearly budgets.
Requirements:
Education: Minimal Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Experience: Five years of experience in an IT delivery function.
Skills and Qualifications: Continuous high level of delivery of IT services and continuous improvement mindset.
