We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will provide top-notch customer service through various channels while also handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through inbound and outbound communications.
- Supporting customers with their queries, orders, and product/service information.
- Addressing customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and following up on feedback.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for:
- Performing general office tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and photocopying.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and databases.
- Assisting in preparing reports, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:
