Johnson & Johnson International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our APAC Regional Health Care Compliance Program. As a key member of our APAC HCC MedTech team, you will report directly to the APAC Regional Health Care Compliance Program Director (MedTech) and be responsible for ensuring effective compliance program leadership is embedded across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities- Shockwave Integration and Post-Integration Activities: Collaborate with country HCC officers and teams across MedTech APAC to ensure effective compliance program leadership.
- Project Management: Assist the APAC Regional Health Care Compliance Program Director in developing an effective project portfolio management structure, promoting necessary changes, process harmonization, and leveraging experiences across regions/globally.
- Compliance Program Development: Share best practices within HCC to develop and implement consistent controls in MedTech APAC, where necessary.
- Process Improvement: Support the development of harmonized standard processes applicable in MedTech APAC, where necessary.
- Representation: Represent APAC PMO on project teams to harmonize, standardize, and streamline HCC processes and systems.
- Innovation: Seek opportunities for new solutions through innovative approaches, identified through internal and external networks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries; supervisory experience preferred.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the FCPA and related anti-corruption regulations.
- Health Care Compliance Experience: Health Care Compliance experience as an advantage.
- Project Management Skills: Project Management skills is a plus.
