Effective Restaurant Operations Manager

Are you a driven and customer-focused professional with experience in managing restaurant operations? We are seeking an accomplished Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
- Manage staff and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Plan and manage staff scheduling and shift arrangements to meet business demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular sales reports to inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, strong supervisory and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, handle budgets, ensure health and safety regulations compliance, and create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prepare regular sales reports.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
