Business Partner for HR

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Partner for HR to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our employees, including office management, payroll administration, and employee benefits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage company insurance policies, including employee-related coverage and non-employee-related coverage.
- Administer payroll processing, including coordination with outsourced vendors and submission of reports to relevant authorities.
- Process expatriate management support, including Employment Pass and Dependent Pass processing, housing arrangements, and income tax matters.
- Oversee e-Leave management and other leave-related matters, including year-end e-Leave closure and submission of applications for childcare, maternity, and paternity leave.
