Strategic IT Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT Pre-Sales Consultant to lead and participate in complex customer engagements and enterprise-level opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team to identify customer business requirements for strategic accounts, provide senior-level consultancy to customers, and take ownership of major RFPs and tenders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical proficiency with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions, design/ architect complex solutions, and ensure smooth transition of customer requirements & solutions from presales team to implementation team for strategic projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 8 years of relevant Presales experience working in Systems Integrator (SI) environment with demonstrated progression to senior technical roles
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Servers, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Network and Security solutions like Dell, NetApp, HPE, Cisco, VMware, Nvidia, Commvault, Cohesity, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or team management experience in technical presales or solution engineering roles
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing technical teams
- Extensive experience in leading and managing IT infrastructure solutions for RFP and Tender requirements
- Strong technical proficiency with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
