Strategic Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Solutions Expert. This role plays a crucial part in driving creative and effective solutions to immediate problems, providing advice on complex issues, and contributing to company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing technical roles, with the ability to network and build relationships. They will be able to increase deal size throughout the sales process, leverage great relationships to identify and drive commercial opportunities, and demonstrate ability to scope very complex deployments.

  • Considered a trusted advisor of prospects and customers
  • Demonstrates ability to increase deal size throughout the sales process
  • Ability to leverage great relationships to identify and drive commercial opportunities
  • Reliable member of the team to provide technical expertise when responding to requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Enable those around you on discovery, metrics, and success criteria
  • Guiding and scoping problem statements to maximize problem statement value and minimize competitor threat
  • Ability to scope very complex, large, and/or novel deployments
  • Have successful creation and use of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Highly integrated with project delivery, across deals, qualification pipeline

As a member of our team, you will contribute to wider technical initiatives or projects outside of the day-to-day role.
