This role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment Management: Manage job postings, maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, coordinate onboarding processes, handle employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR documentation.
