Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate appointments with doctors and diagnostic services for patients and their families.
  • Assist patients with registration, billing, and insurance claims inquiries.
  • Verify and accurately record patients' information in the Clinic's system.
  • Provide guidance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proactive in addressing patients' needs, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
