About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Support Professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key accountabilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Preparing sales proposals and presentations for existing and new customers
  • Executing order processing and fulfillment tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborating with the Accounts Department to ensure prompt payments and resolve any issues

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They should also be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
