
Executive Business Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven solutions to support organizational goals.
About the Role:
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and documenting business processes based on agreed requirements
- Defining detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Managing risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep
- Translating business requirements into test scenarios
Requirements:
A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Financial Engineering or similar domain is required. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior role is necessary. Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives are essential.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Strategic forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills are needed.
Skill Set includes Business Analyst, SQL, Requirement Gathering, User Stories, UML, Murex, Agile, SDLC
Key Skills and Qualifications:
This position requires excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems. Familiarity with financial services industry is an added advantage.
