Business Improvement Specialist

This strategic role demands a comprehensive understanding of the organization's operations. The successful candidate will drive significant improvements in overall business performance by serving as a trusted Business Partner to the Division Manager.
- The key responsibility is to lead the identification, execution, and successful delivery of targeted projects and initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- A robust framework and organizational structure will be developed and implemented to support and sustain continuous business improvement efforts.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience driving business performance improvements
- Certified in business improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, TOC); Six Sigma is a plus
- Strong leadership and ability to engage teams at all levels
