Learn SAP SuccessFactors Training Program

This training program is designed for individuals who want to learn about the configuration, implementation, and support of core HR processes on the SuccessFactors platform.

  • Participate in structured training programs covering architecture and configuration of multiple SuccessFactors modules.
  • Learn to build MDF objects, workflows, SAP Joule AI, business rules, and event triggers across modules.
  • Engage in sandbox sessions for hands-on practice with custom configurations and HR scenarios.
  • Practice in self-service scenarios, data validations, approval logic, and role-based permissions.
  • Gain understanding of implementation and support lifecycle for each module.
  • Receive feedback and coaching throughout the course to support your learning journey.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree or diploma in a related field such as computer science, information technology, software engineering, or other relevant courses.
  • Interest in SAP SuccessFactors and cloud-based HR solutions.
  • Ability to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exposure to or interest in HRIS lifecycle and HR service delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to engage in both instructor-led and virtual training formats.
