Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors trainee to participate in an all-encompassing training program covering multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.

  • The comprehensive training will cover end-to-end processes across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), and Compensation/SAP AI.
  • Candidates will gain practical exposure to Position Management, workflows, HRIS elements, and talent management processes through configuration walkthroughs, HR transaction simulations, and sandbox exercises.
  • Business rule creation, email trigger customization, and workflow automation will be demonstrated to enhance their understanding.
  • Hands-on experience with metadata framework (MDF), object configuration, and permission models will be provided.
  • Platform maintenance, data models, and user provisioning sessions will also be included.
  • Peer learning and collaboration opportunities within functional teams will be emphasized.
  • The focus will be on practical system use, clean configuration, and sustainable HR transformation.
  • Foundational training on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) will help them understand and set up basic system integrations.
