Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Transformation Specialist
About This Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to participate in a comprehensive training program covering multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. The successful candidate will learn to configure, implement, and support core HR processes on the SuccessFactors platform, with a focus on extensibility, clean core principles, and real-world application.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in structured training programs covering architecture and configuration of multiple SuccessFactors modules.
  • Learn to build metadata framework (MDF) objects, workflows, business rules, and event triggers across modules.
  • Engage in sandbox sessions for hands-on practice with custom configurations and HR scenarios.
  • Practice in self-service scenarios, data validations, approval logic, and role-based permissions.
  • Gain understanding of implementation and support lifecycle for each module.
  • Receive feedback and coaching throughout the course to support your learning journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree or diploma in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or other relevant courses like Business Infotechnology.
  • An interest in SAP SuccessFactors and cloud-based HR solutions.
  • The ability to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exposure to or interest in HRIS lifecycle and HR service delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to engage in both instructor-led and virtual training formats.
