SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Lead to drive the delivery of complex implementation projects and manage cross-functional teams.

About the Role

This senior leadership role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, and excellent communication skills.

  • Manage entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting environment, active hands-on technofunctional experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, and excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
