Facilities Maintenance Specialist

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of facilities.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning outdoor areas, replacing light bulbs, and door lock batteries.
  • Conduct regular house inspections and wall painting.
  • Utilize water jet equipment for cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces.
  • Undertake minor furniture repairs and reconditioning.
  • Handle simple plumbing jobs such as unclogging drains, replacing faucets, and fixing toilet problems.
  • Distribute linen, towels, and room supplies efficiently.
  • Manage a structured work schedule based on operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in general maintenance, handyman tasks, and basic plumbing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman tasks, and basic plumbing.
  • Able to manage a range of practical tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Reliable, proactive, and with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to handle manual tasks and operate cleaning equipment.

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Annual Leave: Starting from 12 days per year (increasing with service).

Location: Kampong Bahru.
