Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team at MTC Consulting Pte Ltd. As a key member of our corporate secretarial department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence Support: Assist in conducting due diligence checks on new and existing clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order and that our clients are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Track and monitor requirements and deadlines to ensure that our clients are in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Corporate Secretarial Support: Assist in handling corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of international clients, including preparing and maintaining statutory records.
  • Know Your Client (KYC) Functions: Perform KYC functions, including reviewing application forms and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clients, including responding to email and call queries.
Requirements
  • Education: Min. diploma/degree in any field.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Experience: Experience in KYC/AML functions is an additional advantage.
  • Citizenship: Singaporeans only.
