Job Title: Child Development Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Department of Child Development, focusing on patient care and operational tasks.

  • Registration and billing of patients
  • Schedule patients' appointments
  • Attend to patients'/public enquiries
  • Perform routine procedures e.g. taking of height and weight of patient
  • Prepare and set up doctors' consultation rooms for daily usage
  • Support Doctor's clinics, ensure doctors' orders are followed
Key Responsibilities:

• Registration and billing of patients

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Basic education with office skills
  • Prior knowledge of outpatient appointment systems preferred
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy - MS and Excel
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player with alert and meticulous nature
