We are seeking a seasoned Senior Partner Development Manager to join our expanding team at Workato. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic partnerships with regional and local Systems Integrators throughout Asia, with a focus on the ASEAN market.
  • Collaborating with our global network to create tailored offerings and sales strategies for various enterprise clients.
  • Articulating and promoting Workato's value propositions to Regional and Local Systems Integrators, Advisory, and Professional Services organizations through various communication channels.
  • Working closely with the VP Sales for Asia and our global Strategic Partnerships and Alliances team to establish, implement, and promote the regional SI partner strategy internally and externally.
  • Contributing to a global initiative aimed at enhancing and broadening our partner sales strategies, playing a key role in our upcoming growth phase.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • You are a strategic sales professional with a proven track record of developing successful partnerships with Systems Integrators across the region.
  • You possess a strong professional network and have experience in similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to forge mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • You excel at managing relationships and devising effective partner development strategies.
  • You are skilled at influencing and aligning with senior executives, with a strong ability to engage in face-to-face interactions.
  • You are comfortable working in a remote setup while prioritizing in-person communication with partners.
