Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team in Technology Risk Management. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the global financial services industry and make a meaningful impact.

  • This role involves evaluating and representing the technology risk posture through various assessments and oversight activities.
  • Responsibilities will include reviewing technology high-level assessments, risk-and-control-self-assessments, and risk appetite of the enterprise related to Technology and Information Risk.
  • You will collaborate with Functional SME team members, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support team members in different types of risk assessments.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for preparing executive level reports for regulators and senior management.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, along with at least 7 years of experience in technology or financial services industry.

  • A sound understanding of Industry-wide Technology Controls, Issue Management, and Risk Management Framework is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are required.
  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, ITIL, ISO27001, or COBIT would be advantageous.
  • Technical experience with tools like SharePoint, Tableau, PowerBI, and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Consulting and engagement with senior leadership is also desirable.
