Job Title: Senior Compliance Risk Manager

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in risk management and compliance. He/she will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business functions.



Responsibilities:
  1. Risk Management: Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks related to business operations, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
  2. Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies by developing and implementing effective controls and procedures.
  3. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior business leaders, legal, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment on risk management strategies.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to communicate risk management strategies and ensure buy-in.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


Working Conditions:
