Job Summary

This role will oversee the management and administration of compensation and benefits programs to drive employee performance and satisfaction in the SEAO region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation and benefits analysis, interpret data, and assess internal and external equity for Singapore and SEAO.
  • Evaluate current compensation and benefits programs and processes, and recommend optimization.
  • Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual rewards cycles and all C&B-related programs.
  • Prepare salary package proposals for employees in Singapore and review packages for rest of SEAO countries as needed.
  • Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Participate in surveys and support pay band development.
  • Perform other duties and contribute to rewards projects as needed.
  • Manage C&B-related HRIS modules.
  • Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team in SEAO on all rewards matters.

Requirements

  • Degree in any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably at a regional level.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of compensation and benefits practice, regulations, and compliance requirements, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compensation-related information to HR, management, and employees.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and working knowledge of Workday and Mercer data.
