Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Summary
This role will oversee the management and administration of compensation and benefits programs to drive employee performance and satisfaction in the SEAO region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation and benefits analysis, interpret data, and assess internal and external equity for Singapore and SEAO.
- Evaluate current compensation and benefits programs and processes, and recommend optimization.
- Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual rewards cycles and all C&B-related programs.
- Prepare salary package proposals for employees in Singapore and review packages for rest of SEAO countries as needed.
- Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in surveys and support pay band development.
- Perform other duties and contribute to rewards projects as needed.
- Manage C&B-related HRIS modules.
- Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team in SEAO on all rewards matters.
Requirements
- Degree in any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably at a regional level.
- Good understanding and knowledge of compensation and benefits practice, regulations, and compliance requirements, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compensation-related information to HR, management, and employees.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and working knowledge of Workday and Mercer data.
