Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager, Asia

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Conduct market salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Manage benefits programs, including insurance plans and expatriate benefits.
  • Oversee the administration of employee group insurance plans and collaborate with brokers/consultants on annual insurance renewals.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits projects, including reviewing expatriate packages and allowances.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Proven experience in conducting annual salary reviews and managing C&B surveys.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macro functions.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
