Senior Policy Leadership Role

This is a challenging and rewarding senior leadership role within the University Policy Branch, Higher Education Policy Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of higher education in Singapore.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing policies to support the growth and development of Autonomous Universities (AUs)
  • Conducting strategic planning to prepare AUs and students for future challenges
  • Guiding AUs on operationalizing policies and coordinating with other government divisions for support
  • Representing the AU sector's interests in international collaborations related to university education

For this role, we are seeking an individual with:

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, quantitative, written, and communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to consider perspectives from macro to operational levels
