About Our Community Partnerships Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Community Partnerships Coordinator. This position is responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, focusing on key programs and fundraising events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent internal and external communications skills, ensuring consistent branding and aligned messaging with our corporate strategy. They will also be responsible for nurturing and maintaining existing relationships with corporates, community groups, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

The role involves identifying and researching potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources, preparing and submitting grant proposals, and managing grant reporting to ensure compliance with funder requirements.

In addition, you will cultivate and manage relationships with non-profit organizations, community groups, educational institutions, and other external partners, serving as the primary liaison for partner-related communications and collaborations.

This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate volunteer activities related to stakeholder engagement and monitor trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in CSR trends.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant field of study, 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries, a willingness to learn, problem solve, and execute, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments.
