Community Partnership Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support the development and implementation of community partnership projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution and provide exceptional administrative support.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in process development, documentation, and data management to drive business success. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining processes and guidelines for Boards and Committees work, as well as implementing knowledge management practices by organizing and uploading documentation into our database.
In addition, you will play a critical role in enhancing data management in existing Excel databases to improve accessibility, supporting board renewal processes by generating up-to-date data for candidate recommendations, planning appreciation initiatives for outgoing members, and developing and coordinating onboarding briefings for incoming members.
As a forward-thinking professional, you will also be expected to review and propose digital solutions to streamline current manual operations, driving efficiency and innovation within our organization.
