Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for adult learners. They will be responsible for leading a team of experts to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Our client base consists of governments and institutions in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will have experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, subject matter experts, and other partners.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in government and public policy
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for adult learners
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, subject matter experts, and other partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong belief in the importance of public sector governance and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities around the world
